Cynthia has practiced her entire career in Hackensack, NJ., primarily in the field of civil law assisting clients with all types and manner of contract and transactional matters, representing businesses of all sizes and kinds, including entity formation and advice, sale and purchase agreements, lease preparation, loan closings, contract preparation and employment and severance agreements. She also specializes in commercial litigation encompassing lease and other real estate disputes, construction disputes, contract and shareholder litigation, creditor lawsuits and employment issues. Her approach to all clients is the same---to provide the very best advice and service in the most cost effective and expeditious fashion.

CREDENTIALS:
Cynthia is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York and the United States Supreme Court. Cynthia serves as the Co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Professional Responsibility and Unlawful Practice Committee and is a member of the New Jersey Commission on Professionalism in the Law. She serves as a New Jersey Superior Court arbitrator and mediator as well as arbitrating and mediating private matters. Cynthia has served as a councilperson for the Borough of North Caldwell for the last 16 years where she also acts as the Council President and was previously a member of the Essex County Planning Board and Essex County Improvement Authority where she served as a Commissioner. She has acted as a continuing legal education lecturer and in connection with those lectures has authored or co-authored a number of legal publications, including:

BIO:
Kevin P. Cooke began his legal career in 1982 and since that time has focused his practice primarily in the areas of family and divorce law along with the representation of community associations throughout the State of New Jersey.
Mr. Cooke provides his family law clients with the personal attention and service that they deserve at a very critical time in their lives. Mr. Cooke offers practical advice to attempt to amicably resolve the issues in dispute in a manner which is in the best interests of the client. When an amicable resolution cannot be obtained, Mr. Cooke is prepared to aggressively litigate on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Cooke is also a highly experienced community association attorney, who understands the needs of property owners and the managing agents of these associations. He offers efficient responses and effective resolutions to any community association problem.
